Ally
Robin (you are here)

I'm thrilled to share my "blog hop" project with you and I couldn't resist grabbing my Ticket and Postage Stamp Sets, along with the coordinating dies that go with each set.
When I designed these two stamp sets I had in mind that both of these sets would work together oh so well! So her is my project using both the Ticket and Postage Stamp set with both coordinating dies.
Side view of my card, I used foam tape to pop up the postage stamps.
I inked all the edges of my papers using Memento Peanut Brittle ink.
The bicycle die is from Shadow Box.
The crinkle ribbon color I used is Sky Blue, and the twine is Vintage Chocolate. Both are available at My Craft Spot.
I used the tiny Ticket metal dies to cut out the images below. The border and words "Happy Day" are from the Ticket Stamp Set. I used thread and a needle to attach the tiny tickets to the bow.
The words Live and Laugh are both from the Ticket Stamp Set, the word Love and the accent image is from the Postage Stamp set, I love how these two sets work so well together.
I'm so excited to give one of the metal die set that I designed away, Postage Stamp Metal Die to one fantabulous winner, for your chance to win, follow the steps below......

Day 5 -My Craft Spot Release Party ~Feel Better

Hello all my friends, I hope you have followed along this week for the fabulous Stamp Release Party for My Craft Spot, I know the design team and I have really enjoyed sharing so many inspiring projects with you, and today day 5 as the inspiration continues.
We are showing a sneak peek with you of the new Feel Better Soon stamp set, sometimes we need to have that "great go to" stamp set to help our friends and family feel better, and this is a perfect stamp that will do just that.

Oh this poor bear would make anyone feel better soon right?  I cut this image using my Silhouette it is from My Scrap Chick, the image is called Bear Fever.
Oh poor Teddy Bear!
I used two colors of crinkle ribbon Vanilla Bean, and Milk Chocolate. I folded the Milk Chocolate ribbon in half using my ATG gun to keep it together.  Then added three tiny brads.
 Close up of the sentiment.
The sentiment is actually on two lines, but I wanted to make it read all on one line. Below are photos of how I did it.
Side view, I used mounting tape to pop up the bed and the sentiment.
Thanks for joining me for day 5 of my sneak peek, please join us tomorrow for the My Craft Spot blog hop where the design team will once again inspire you with a project using one of the 5 stamp sets, as well as each design team members (including myself) will be giving away one of the 5 stamp sets or metal dies, generously provided by Kimberly.

Day 4 -My Craft Spot Release Party ~Home Is...

Wow... this week is flying by, here we are at day 4 of the Stamp Release Party for My Craft Spot, and I'm having so much fun with the new stamps and metal dies! Today we are sharing a sneak peek of the new "Stampin' Around Spring" stamp set, you will have so much fun creating cards and project using this set, it coordinates with the Tiny Doilies Metal Dies.
Remember the 5 new stamp sets and two metal dies sets will be available for purchase at My Craft Spot on Saturday.

I love shape cards, so I couldn't resist making another one. This cute house is an image from Miss Kate Cuttables called "house", using my Silhouette Cameo I made the image into a shape card.
Added extra layering on the front of the card, using some red craft foam between the layers. The added another white layer to the inside of my card.

Behind the windows I added a piece of vellum.  For the door I added the vellum and a yellow piece of cardstock to make it look like light is shinning through. :)
I made a bow using Acorn crinkle ribbon and another bow with Ivory jute both from My Craft Spot. The rose is from Wild Orchid Crafts. I made my sentiment look like a wreath hanging below the bow using the Tiny Doily Metal Dies. Below is a photo showing how I made it.
Below shows how I made the wreath.
Another view of the card
For the inside of the card, I stamped the house image which is from this Stampin' Around Spring stamps set, the sentiment is from Friends and Neighbors Inside & Out stamp set, available at My Craft Spot shop -HERE.
Thanks for visiting my blog today, there are more great projects made by Kimberly and her design team using the brand new Stampin' Around Spring stamp set so head over to My Craft Spot, and while you are there remember to leave a comment on Kimberly's blog (My Craft Spot) today for your chance to win the Tiny Doily Metal Dies. click -HERE for My Craft Spot.

Day 3 -My Craft Spot Stamp Release -Live & Laugh

I am loving this stamp release party and hope you are too, there have been so many creative ideas that Kimberly and the design team have shared with all of us, and there are many more projects to come. Today is day 3 of the Stamp Release Party for My Craft Spot and we are giving you a sneak peek at the third stamp set, titled "Tickets" and  the coordinating "Tickets" metal die.

Once again Kimberly has given me the opportunity to design this stamp set and coordinating metal die. This stamp set if filled with several words and accent images, you'll have so many uses for this stamp set. The Ticket metal die has two different sizes of tickets, you 'll definitely want to add both the Ticket stamp set it's coordinating die to your wish list.

My card features 8 of the words and accent images along with the large and small ticket dies.
I really had fun making this card, it measures 7 1/2" x 4"
Side view
The flowers are cut from wool felt using the Phlox Flowers metal die from CC Designs.
The beautiful crinkle ribbon is Spring Moss, the twine is Baby Blue, both available at My Craft Spot shop -HERE
I love this tiny ticket banner, I used the smallest ticket die image, and with my sewing machine I stitched them together to give a "banner" effect.
I added a few rhinestones and pearls to my flowers and the bottom right corner of my card.
There are several words and accents on the Ticket stamp set, you'll have fun creating your own phrases like I have done below on the large ticket die.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today, there are more fantastic projects made by Kimberly and her design team using the brand new Tickets stamp set and coordinating Tickets metal die, so head over to My Craft Spot, and while you are there remember to leave a comment on Kimberly's blog (My Craft Spot) today for your chance to win the 10 colors of Jute String. click -HERE for My Craft Spot.

Day 2 -My Craft Spot Stamp Release ~Chicken Soup?

Hi everyone, I'm so glad you are here. Welcome to day 2 of the Stamp Release Party for My Craft Spot!
Remember each day, there will be prizes at My Craft Spot, then on Saturday we'll have a design team Stamp Release Party Blog Hop with prizes at each blog along the way!
Join us everyday this week!!

Today's sneak peek is a super fun phrase stamp set,"Cute Critters", designed by Kimberly. This stamp set is so such a delight, you'll reach for it time and time again.

For my card I choose the sentiment "When life gives you chicken, make soup!" It goes perfect for a get well card.
I've have these cute chickens from Lettering Delights called Funky Chicken graphic set. I've had it for years and this is the first time using them.... it's about time right! I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut out the images.
side view
I used crystal effects in various places on the two chickens and soup bowl as well as the soup steam.
A close up of the banner, with 3 dots made using crystal effects. Added some burlap to my card and love this look!
The crinkle ribbon I used is named Caribbean, the twine is named Twisted Teal (one of My Craft Spots new twine colors). These are both available today in the My Craft Spot shop -HERE.
I folded the ribbon in half (used my  ATG tape to keep it folded.) The bow is not folded.  My trick for the twine is to lay it on top of the folded part of the ribbon, not the bow.  I adhered the twine with a small dot of hot glue (on both sides of the bow) as in the photo below.  When the bow lays down you can not see the glue dot. Then I made a bow using the twine then hot glued it on top of the ribbon bow.  I hope this makes since, but for me this was the look that I was going for.
You'll want to see more project using the new Cute Critters stamp set so head over to My Craft Spot to see the fun projects made by Kimberly and her design team, also remember to leave a comment on Kimberly's blog (My Craft Spot) today for your chance to win the Birthday Wises stamp set, click -HERE for My Craft Spot.

Remember to join us tomorrow for day 3 of the stamp release party when we reveal the next stamp set and metal die (oh, can I say that {wink}).
The new stamp sets and metal dies will be available for purchase on Saturday April 27th

Day 1 -My Craft Spot Stamp Release Party ~You're Sweet Card Set

Woo Hoo... today is day one of the Stamp Release Party at My Craft Spot, this week Kimberly and the talented design team will be sharing projects all week long from the five new stamp sets and two metal die sets, you are going to love these new stamp sets and metal dies, which will be available to purchase on Saturday.
Each day, there will be prizes at My Craft Spot, then on Saturday we'll have a design team Stamp Release Party Blog Hop with prizes at each blog along the way!
Join us everyday this week!!
Today, day one, we are featuring the new "Postage Stamp" stamp set and "Postage Stamp Metal Dies" (2 piece die set). Kimberly gave me the opportunity once again to design the postage stamp set it's coordinating metal dies.
You will love this versatile stamp set and it's coordinating die.  It's so fun for me to design a stamp set, while doing so and I often have ideas in mind for cards and projects; then I see what the design team has created using the Postage Stamp stamp set and I can't help but think.... Wow, such a clever idea, I didn't think of using like that.... love it!
I can't wait for  you to see all the phrases and images that are included in the Postage Stamp stamp set.

For my project I made a set of 3.5" square cards, and used 8 images... yep 8 from the Postage Stamp stamp set and believe me there are so many more images to play with :)
I also used the Postage Stamp metal die, love this cut!
I used my Silhouette to cut these cute flower and strawberries, they're both in the same set from Miss Kate Cuttables, I love the look of those 3-D flowers.
I inked everything using the Tim Holtz Tea Dye distress ink for a great vintage look.
Below is a close up of  7 of the fabulous stamps, one of the stamps is a is a script background, I've used it on the postage stamp and the lined paper below... it's really neat and gives this card just a hint of vintageness (not really a word... but I'm using it because it's sounds so fun... vintageness).
Inside look of one of the cards
Added some fun stitching using my sewing machine.
The word "you're" I've written using a pen, the "sweet" is from the Postage Stamp stamp set.
I added recollections pearls all over this card too ;)
You'll want to head over to Kimberly's blog (My Craft Spot) to see the other amazing projects by Kimberly and the other design team members using the Postage Stamp stamp set and coordinating die.
