Wedding Gift Decorative Blocks

Hello everyone, I'm thrilled to share another project with you here on my blog and it's also being featured at My Craft Spot.
I'm sharing this quick and easy project that I made in between cleaning the house, being taxi mom, and then curling my daughter and another gal's hair; they were two of the bridesmaids for the wedding that I made this gift for.

Since I already had the wood cut this was super easy to make, I just needed to paint the wood then cut out the letters in vinyl using my Cricut machine.

On my Gypsy I used George and Basic Shapes cricut cartridge to make the sizes of the wood blocks so I would know the size that I needed to make each letter.
I welded the letters using my gypsy for Mr & Mrs using the Quarter notes cartridge. The last name was from the Winter Woodland (omitting the inside lines of each letter).
These flowers and leaves are from I am Roses. I love their mulberry flowers.
I tied up the block with cream organza ribbon then added the prefect tag, with a sentiment from Kimberly's "Happily Ever After" stamp set I love the saying! I tied the tag on using black twine. Both the stamp set and twine are available from My Craft Spot -HERE.
I'm really pleased how this turned out, what a fun home decor items to the new couple!
Thanks so much for visiting!
