We're half way through the year and it's time to think of crafting for the holidays. When I was little my dad would tell me "the older you get the quicker time goes by", I never understood that saying as a child... but now I totally understand.

Christmas in July
Christmas cards or gift box
I made a few Sour Cream containers, fill with Hershey Kisses and you have a great gift for friends or neighbors. There is a great tutorial on Split Coast Stampers -HERE on how to make these.
Tied the sour cream containers using Vintage Pine and Cranberry crinkle ribbon. I used George and Basic Shapes cricut cartridge to cut the star out of silver cardstock at 2 3/4", used a button and Holly Berry twine, and heat embossed with silver the beautiful saying "May the wonder of that first Christmas be with you always." This sentiment is from My Craft Spot's "Merry Christmas" stamp set, the crinkle ribbon, twine and stamp set can be purchased -HERE.
The design team at My Craft spot has more "Christmas in July" projects to share with you, so head over to My Craft Spot and see what they've created... and join us for this weeks challenge Christmas in July -HERE.
