Day 3 -Ornate Labels Christmas

Hi everyone, welcome to day 3 of the Stamp Release Party for My Craft Spot!
Remember each day, there will be prizes at My Craft Spot, then on Saturday we'll have a design team Stamp Release Party Blog Hop with prizes at each blog along the way!
Join us everyday this week!!

Today's sneak peek is the Ornate Labels Christmas stamp set, again I had the privilege of designing this stamp set, which is perfect for your Holiday projects.

In addition to the Ornate Labels Christmas Stamp set I used the coordinating Ornate Labels metal die set that was released in September. I also cut three banners using the new Ribbon Banners Straight metal dies, as well as Vintage Pine crinkled ribbon.
Here is a close up of the label I stamped then cut out with its coordination metal die, then hand cut a layer to go behind.  I love the swirly snow flakes in this stamp set, the set also includes several individual snowflakes which is what I used to stamp in my three Ribbon Banners.
This is a triple loop bow made using the Vintage Pine crinkle ribbon, the flower is from Wild Orchid Crafts.

3D -My Craft Spot Challenge

Hello crafters,
Welcome to another Monday Challenge post for My Craft Spot, this weeks challenge...
3D
I've had this hat SVG file on my computer for a long time, and just came accross it a few days ago and decide it was time to make it, I love how it turned out!
I used Gingerbread crinkle ribbon, Tiny Tags stamp set along with the coordinating Tiny Tags metal dies and Ivory Jute Twine all available from My Craft Spot in the Shop -HERE.
I added two layers of crinkle ribbon to the hat one above the other, so the ribbon has the illusion of being a wide ribbon, the lace ribbon is place where the two layers of crinkle ribbon met. I then tied a triple bow and glued on the hat.
The flowers are from I am Roses and Wild Orchid Crafts, I just used a combination of the two. When I use these flowers I always use hot glue to adhere them. The pin is from a stick pin swap, I've had it in my stash for a while.
The sentiment is from the Tiny Tags stamp set the cardstock was cut using the Tiny Tags metal dies, then I added Ivory Jute Twine. The tag is just hot glued on to the bow.
Join us for this weeks 3D challenge at My Craft Spot and take a look at the other fabulous projects creative the the amazing design team -HERE.
Have a great day!

Beautiful Wedding Card

My daughters best friend got married recently in the Idaho Falls Temple and I felt so privilege to have been able to attended. Wow, so many tears of joy that day!
This weeks challenge at My Craft Spot is...
Wedding
make a card or projects with a wedding theme

I wanted to share where I got my inspiration for the design of my card.
It began as I first grabbed my "Happily Ever After" stamp set to make a wedding card. I then went to the amazing My Craft Spot Gallery -HERE (if you haven't been there, you should go... you'll find hundreds of ideas using the My Craft Spot stamp sets), I looked at the ideas using the Happily Ever After stamp set, and found a beautiful card made by My Craft Spot's design team member Marlene. Then my creative process begun...

The colors for the wedding I attended were peach, mint green and gray, so I choose similar colors for my card.
Below is Marlene's beautiful card. Thanks Marlene for inspiring me!
Close up of the sentiment from the Happily Ever After stamp set.
I used pearls from Recollections, the flowers were from I am Roses and Wild Orchid Crafts.
I always use hot glue when I add these flowers to my cards.

Day 4 -My Craft Spot Release Party ~Home Is...

Wow... this week is flying by, here we are at day 4 of the Stamp Release Party for My Craft Spot, and I'm having so much fun with the new stamps and metal dies! Today we are sharing a sneak peek of the new "Stampin' Around Spring" stamp set, you will have so much fun creating cards and project using this set, it coordinates with the Tiny Doilies Metal Dies.
Remember the 5 new stamp sets and two metal dies sets will be available for purchase at My Craft Spot on Saturday.

I love shape cards, so I couldn't resist making another one. This cute house is an image from Miss Kate Cuttables called "house", using my Silhouette Cameo I made the image into a shape card.
Added extra layering on the front of the card, using some red craft foam between the layers. The added another white layer to the inside of my card.

Behind the windows I added a piece of vellum.  For the door I added the vellum and a yellow piece of cardstock to make it look like light is shinning through. :)
I made a bow using Acorn crinkle ribbon and another bow with Ivory jute both from My Craft Spot. The rose is from Wild Orchid Crafts. I made my sentiment look like a wreath hanging below the bow using the Tiny Doily Metal Dies. Below is a photo showing how I made it.
Below shows how I made the wreath.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the house image which is from this Stampin' Around Spring stamps set, the sentiment is from Friends and Neighbors Inside & Out stamp set, available at My Craft Spot shop -HERE.

Turtle Baby Shape Card -So Adorable

Hello friends, I so happy to share a super sweet project with you today here and over at My Craft Spot. One of my friends will be having her first baby any day now and it's a girl!  My daughter and I made a no sew fleece tie blanket for her, it's pink with adorable turtles on it, so made a the cutest turtle shape card to match.
Did you ever think a turtle could be so adorable?
The crinkle ribbon is Spring Breeze and the cute sentiment is from Kimberly's brand new New Arrival Stamp Set, the sentiment on the inside of the card is also from the same stamp set.
Both can be purchased at My Craft Spot.
Video below:
I've cut the turtle from the Create a Critter Cricut cartridge at 3" tall, using my gypsy welded two turtles together for the shape card. The face stamp is a sweet Peachy Keen stamp Critter faces medium size.
Added a wild Orchid Crafts rose and attached a tiny little safety pin with three tiny beads to the ribbon.

Welcome Little One -Tiddly Inks Baby Girl

Hello friends,
I have discovered another wonderful digital stamp company and wanted to share... Tiddly Inks!  Ok, maybe I'm a bit late discovering them, but I'm so glad I did. The designer, Christy, has the cutest images and I'm sharing this adorable "Baby Girl" digital image with you today. I love how she is grabbing her little toes... I used to be able to do that... LOL. This little baby is wearing a "designer diaper".... oh she's so cute!
I have a friend that gave birth to a baby girl just a few days ago so I really enjoyed making this card for her, she has three boys and now she has her girl.  That's the same as in my family I'm the youngest and only girl with three older brothers, such a lucky baby girl.
I used a scalloped spellbinder die for the baby image.
